Project & Technology Excellence covers 10 main categories (AI Excellence, Data Excellence, Digital Transformation, Cloud & Infrastructure Excellence, Engineering Excellence, Cyber Excellence, Manufacturing & Supply Chain Excellence, Enterprise Application Excellence, Emerging Technology Excellence, Sustainability Excellence), each with its own sub-categories. You may nominate for a maximum of 3 categories. Each entry is judged independently, so choose the categories where your evidence is strongest rather than spreading thin.

No. Your nominator details are captured once and carried across every nomination you start in the same session or on the same device. You can edit them at any time from the 'Continuing as…' banner.

Yes. Every answer autosaves on your device as you type, and there is an explicit 'Save my nomination' action with a confirmation state. Return to the same link and you resume exactly where you stopped.

Not by default. The nomination flow is open — no login, no OTP. Email verification is an optional control the programme team can switch on per award; when it is on, you receive a 6-digit code on your work email and stay recognised on that device for 90 days.

Before you submit, every answer is editable from the review screen — tap any row to jump back to it. After submission the entry is locked for fairness; write to the nominations desk if something material has changed.

One strong outcome metric beats three weak ones — that is why each form asks for a single headline metric (metric, before, after, improvement). Add an architecture diagram, adoption dashboard, case study or independent reference as a PDF or link if you have one.

Yes. Fields marked jury-only are never published on any public listing. Sensitive figures can also be expressed as ranges, percentages or indexed values.

Yes. Four embeds share one session: the category browser, the nomination form (popup or inline), the returning-nominee list, and NOVA itself. Each is one script tag, generated in the admin console under Widgets.
